The entertainment industry in Uganda yesterday woke up to the sad news of the death of Pherrie Kimbugwe’s death but who is she. Here is her biography.
Pherrie has been a very popular figure amongst party goers. She rose to the scene in the mid 2000’s as she was linked to singer Omulangira Suuna aka OS Suuna.

At first they denied being romantic but later confirmed their relationship and even got married. However, this marriage didn’t last long. Pherrie Kim as she was popularly referred to by close friends and on social media was also a relative to Isaac Mulindwa the founder of the popular but now defunct PAM Awards.
Apparently Pherrie was also the founder of Sky Entertainment which was based in Club Silk. Later on, she took on a role at Ange Noir now Club Guvnor owned by Charlie Lubega.

She was so protective of the brand and was vital in its growth and transformation to the big brand it is right now. After Suuna, Pherrie got into a relationship with a Ugandan US Marine, a one Abdu Lubwama.
Apparently, she would leave her PRO role at Guvnor to concentrate on her new marriage. She was replaced by the ever smiling Natasha Kayondo. The marriage However didn’t last long just like most long distance relationships.

After that, she worked at HP Salon adjacent to Club Guvnor and soon started dating Hajji Haroun Muwonge of Ham Sounds. Muwonge later succumbed to brain cancer and this devastated Pherrie greatly.
Meanwhile she was later diagnosed with a brain tumor and this affected her alot. However, she didn’t give up a d started educating people about cancer.

She will be laid to rest at her ancestral home in Katale, Seguku at 2 p.m. according to the arrangements spotted by this website.
Besides she left a will behind such as not printing her on T-Shirts or calendars. She also forbade people from crying for her as listed below.
