Winners At Galaxy FM’s Zzina Awards. Kampala popular radio station Galaxy FM’S Zzina Awards went down last night and they were a couple of winners for the night. A number of celebrities graced the event from musicians, media personalities to actresses among others.
There were also music performances from several musicians such as Vinka, Fik Gaza, Alien Skin, Jowy Landa among others. Without a doubt, the ceremony was an absolute marvel although with a number of scandals with the highlight being the fight between Alien Skin and Fik Gaza’s camps.
Besides that, the night went down really well and revellers had a good time. Several musicians such as Alien Skin, Fik Gaza, Vyroota, Vinka walked away with awards.
However, it was the Fangone Forest boss who owned the night. Alien Skin won 6 awards on the night. These included artist of the year, male artist of the year. Song of the year, beat dancehall artist of they year among others.

Swangz Avenue Singer Vinka won the Best Female artist of the year. The Love Panic singer had an incredible year with songs sich as Bailando, a feature on Karole Kasita’s Chekecha banger and Murife.
Fik Gaza who had a physical altercation walked away with the best breakthrough artist. The singer las year got a breakthrough after breaking away from Fangone. He had hit songs such as Banana featuring Dr Jose Chameleone and Konshens. Gaza also had his Sanyu banger.
Additionally, Vyroota walked away with the best contemporary urban artist award of the year. Last year was a stellar year for him with several songs such as Ex Twafuna, Risk among others.
The award for the best contemporary song was won by Dax Vibez and Vinka for their I Believe collaboration. This was one of the best songs of last year.
