For a couple of months now, promising girl duo Kataleya and Kandle have gone off the radar and are nowhere to be found now. It’s not clear where they are now and what the future holds for them.
It should be remembered that the two girls arose to music a few years ago and quickly established themselves as a very promising duo. They released several hits such as Do Me, Onsanze Ndaba, Nyash, Binkolele, and Money among others. They also released an album which was well attended by fellow artists.
These girls had even started getting gigs to perform abroad and everything was undoubtedly a roller-coaster and a dream come true to them.
Their talent was undoubted too but all this was made possible by their management, Theron Music. Apparently the girls too made no secret in revealing their gratitude to the label. This is because without it, they would be nowhere near their success.
However, somehow somewhere, Kataleya and Kandle allegedly started misbehaving. They started sleeping around with different men allegedly and in the house that the label rented for them. Their indiscipline gradually grew and reached a point of no return.
It was here that they attempted to violate their contract. According to word privy to the matter, they wanted out of the contract which they felt was unfair to them. However, Theron Music wasn’t going to let this happen because they had invested a lot in them and were yet to reclaim their investment.
As a result, the two parties have since then failed to come to terms of an agreement. It’s said that the situation is getting worse and worse for the girls. With no business to earn from since they got everything from the label and music. Things don’t look good for them at all. It’s not clear if the label is even willing to take them back.
